What we collect
For an ordinary route search we store anonymous analytics only (route, aircraft, time, approximate region). We do not ask for your name, phone number or email to use the planning tools.
Anonymous trip requests
When you choose to request market options, a Private Trip Request is created with a random Request ID and a cryptographic secret token. The secret link is your access credential. Without it, the request cannot be viewed.
Optional contact details
Email, WhatsApp or WeChat details are entirely optional and stored separately from the request. They are used only to notify you that options are ready and can be deleted at any time.
What we never collect
We do not collect passports, ID cards, date of birth, bank details, company records or principal names. If a charter proceeds, the licensed operator collects required passenger information through its own lawful process.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for language preference and rate limiting, plus anonymous analytics to improve the tools. Ordinary searches are never converted into sales leads.
Data retention & deletion
Anonymous requests are retained for service delivery. Contact an administrator via your private conversation to delete optional contact details or the request.
