A real working scenario: Hong Kong to Los Angeles, a 6,298 nm North Pacific crossing. Note that even the longest-range jets sit at the edge of their planning envelope.

Distance & flight time

Great-circle distance 6,298 nm (about 11,664 km); planning envelope ≈ 6,424–6,676 nm, typical airborne time ≈ 13h10m–14h05m, excluding ground time at the stop.

Hong Kong Time (HKT) UTC+8; Los Angeles US Pacific Time, DST UTC−7 — a −15 hour difference.

Even the longest-range Global 7500 and G650ER sit at the model’s edge — a nonstop leg is not assured on a headwind day.

Operational assessment · technical-stop options
VHHH Hong KongRJCC Sapporo / RKSI SeoulKLAX Los Angeles

Global 7500 / G650ER: a nonstop may be possible with tailwinds; on headwind days one stop is advisable. Incheon RKSI is the first choice (only 16 nm detour; longest leg drops to 84–86% usage); New Chitose RJCC is the conservative choice (zero detour, 72–74%).

G550: a stop is recommended; after Incheon the leg is still 96% — Sapporo at 82% is safer.

Global 6000 / Falcon 7X: a stop is required — Sapporo (92–93%) or Anchorage PANC (146 nm detour, 92%).

Smaller types need two stops (Sapporo/Tokyo + Anchorage or Hawaii).

All stop airports have international CIQ capability; the operating carrier makes the final call based on winds, payload and runway conditions on the day.

Fuel basis: current platform reference jet-fuel price $4.418 / USG (EIA Gulf Coast spot weekly, 2026-09-11), for planning estimates only — not an actual fueling quote. Stop routings are fueled separately on each leg, and actual FBO prices vary by location.

Airport ground handling, positioning, permits, crew and parking costs are not shown publicly and are verified manually after you create a private trip. All figures above are fuel planning references, not a final travel quotation.

How it works

Three quiet steps

At every step, you decide whether to continue.

  1. 01

    Plan anonymously

Enter any route to see distance, flight time, aircraft fit and main cost factors. No account or identity needed.

  2. 02

    Read the result

See whether nonstop is viable, plus the schematic route, aircraft comparison and airport notes.

  3. 03

Source the market only when ready

Only after you actively continue do we manually source current market options for your date, party size and needs.

What you see: tools, data, status and options
What we do behind the scenes (no action needed from you)
01
Routing engine: great-circle distance, conservative range usage, initial aircraft screening
02
Cost model: fuel burn and reference fuel price, each item checkable
03
Requirement review: a person checks route, dates, stops and special requests
04
Market sourcing: enquiring and comparing multiple licensed operators and broker channels
05
Option verification: availability, quote basis and operating carrier checked before updating you
Supporting systems: airport database · aircraft performance library · cost model · private trip page (no tracking, no sales profiling)
Real market options are sourced and verified by a person and then updated; the system never auto-generates a final quote.

Platform reference data
Reference jet-fuel price
$4.418/ USG
Effective 2026-09-11

Planning estimates use the current platform reference jet-fuel price; it is not an actual fueling quote.

How we calculate this
  • Reference fuel price
Planning estimates use the current platform reference jet-fuel price; it is not an actual fueling quote.
  • Fuel burn
Calculated from the aircraft type’s planning parameters and estimated route distance — not the actual trip fuel of an operated flight.
  • Ground & other costs
Airport ground handling, landing and parking, positioning, crew, permits and overnight costs vary by airport, aircraft and day-of conditions. They are not auto-estimated on public pages and are sourced manually when needed.
  • Costs not yet included
A real charter may also include positioning, crew, permits and overflight, parking, special handling and other operating costs.

These figures help explain the cost structure and do not constitute a charter quotation.

  • Fuel
Estimated from aircraft type, route distance and the reference jet-fuel price, with custom price supported.
  • Ground & other costs
Ground handling, positioning, crew, permits and parking vary by trip and are not estimated publicly; they are sourced manually when needed.
  • + Other real-world costs
En-route charges, permits, crew, positioning, parking, de-icing, catering and special handling vary by trip and are never hard-coded.

Fuel cost reference only — not a charter price. Ground handling, positioning, permits, crew and actual operating costs are sourced manually for the specific trip and confirmed by the operator.

FAQ

Straight answers

Do I need to register or leave my phone number?+

No. Ordinary route planning needs no account or contact details at all. You only create a private trip if you want market options, and even then contact details remain optional.

Are these figures charter prices?+

No. They show fuel burn and fuel cost planning references — not a formal charter quote, and they exclude airport ground handling fees. Actual charter pricing is sourced manually based on date, aircraft position, market supply, ground handling and operating conditions.

Who operates the flight and signs the contract?+

We do not own or operate aircraft. The final flight is performed by an independent, properly licensed air carrier, and final quotes, contracts, payment and operation follow the actual partner’s arrangements.

If I only search a route, will anyone contact me?+

No. An ordinary route search never creates an enquiry and never triggers sales contact.

What happens after I create a private trip?+

We first manually verify your route, then source current market supply based on date, party size and preferences. You can stay anonymous and view updates on your private page. We do not own or operate aircraft: the final flight is performed by an independent, properly licensed air carrier, and final quotes, contracts, payment and operation follow the actual partner’s arrangements.

Does the site show real-time available aircraft?+

No. During planning we show aircraft capability and planning information — not live inventory. Actual available aircraft are sourced for the market conditions at the time, only after you create a private trip.

Why is there no fixed fleet?+

We do not own or operate aircraft and have no fixed fleet we are obliged to sell. Market options are matched to your specific trip and the supply available at the time.

First, we help you find the right answer.

You've seen how we understand the route, the aircraft, airport conditions and the main cost factors. When this trip becomes a real plan, we build on that same analysis to source, compare and screen the current market for you.

Not simply finding a jet that can fly — but finding the option that genuinely fits this trip.
